What are the different types of Mutual Funds ?
Mutual funds are the simple, convenient, and diversified way to build wealth. They are broadly classified into equity, hybrid, debt funds, and others.

First comes the Equity section.
Under the equity tab comes a wide range of funds categorized according to the:
Market capitalization, i.e., Large Cap, Mid Cap, Small Cap, and Large & Mid Cap.
Diversification and Flexibility, i.e., Focused Fund, Multi Cap and Flexi Cap.
Investment Style, i.e., Value and Dividend Yield.
Thematic and Sectoral Funds
Tax Saving Funds
Next comes the 'Hybrid' section.
The funds are categorized according to the :
Asset Allocation.
Allocation Based on Risk Tolerance.
Special funds.
Third come the Debt funds classified into:
Duration-based funds
Credit quality-based funds.
Government Funds
Others
Fourth comes the 'Others' section, which holds funds like
Fund of Funds
Global other
Index funds
Index funds Fixed Income
Precious Metals.
Fifth comes the 'Solutions' section, which holds funds to meet a specific goal like:
Children
Retirement
Last comes the NFO section
Invest in a newly launched mutual fund scheme for an initial subscription.
How to View Funds List
In the Dashboard page, scroll down and spot the 'Explore All Mutual Funds' section.
Tap on 'View All.'

Select your preferred type—hybrid/Equity/Debt/Others
You will be navigated to a page holding a list of funds of that particular type.
On the top portion, you can set the investment mode—onetime/SIP, the amount you wish to invest, and duration.
Once you are done with setting these parameters, the list will be rearranged on its own, with the most rated funds displayed at the top.
Each mutual fund card contains details like fund name, market capitalization, Geojit rating, Morningstar rating, current value, minimum SIP amount required, and return percentage for the duration you have selected.
Scroll down and analyze the funds.
If you wish to invest, tap on the 'Invest Now' button given beside each fund.
How to Sort/Apply Filter ?
You can apply a filter to this list of mutual funds by :


Click on the 'filter' icon, situated at the bottom right corner.
Once you tap on the filter icon, you will be navigated to the filter page.
You can filter the funds list according to your desired rating (Geojit or Morningstar), fund plan, and AMC.
Once you are done with the filtering, tap Apply, and you are good to go.
You can sort this list as per your preference too :


Click on the 'filter' icon, situated at the bottom right corner.
Once you tap on the filter icon, you will be navigated to the filter page.
Tap on the 'Sort' button given at the top right next to the 'Filter' button.
You can sort according to the return percentage ( high to low), Geojit rating ( high to low), Morningstar rating ( high to low), or in alphabetical order (A-Z).
